π« Recipe: Freeze-Dried Berry Smoothie Powder
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries

Equipment:
- Freeze dryer (Harvest Right or similar)
- Blender or food processor
- Fine mesh sieve (optional)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Fruit:
Wash and dry all berries thoroughly. Slice strawberries and bananas for even drying. - Pre-Freeze:
Arrange fruit in a single layer on trays and place in your freezer overnight until solid. - Load the Freeze Dryer:
